Course content
|
Athletic warm-up, athletic alphabet, special running exercises, calming the body. Starts and pedaling, swinging. Preparatory and imitation exercises for running disciplines. Development of selected motor skills. Fitness (endurance, speed, strength, mobility). Fitness training, athletic strengthening. Running speed games. Cross-country endurance games. Training unit in athletic equipment. Gym training unit. Field training unit. Preparation of fitness programs and examples of fitness programs.

Learning outcomes
|
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to provide basic information on the development of motor skills by athletic means, which help to improve fitness training in sport. The focus of the course allows to increase the level of fitness of students, provides students with an extensive overview of training resources and acquaints students with the principles of creating special fitness programs, the techniques of individual disciplines, analysis and error correction.
Students will learn to apply basic theoretical knowledge to physical activity and everyday life.

It's necessary that student will be in good health condition.

|
Student performance assessment
75% active participation in lessons. Teacher tells the other requirements in the first week of semester.
