Course content
Beach volleyball - rules. Individual sporting activities without the ball. Individual playing practicing two-handed hit bottom. Training individual playing activity - lower administration. Training individual playing activity - chief of administration. Training individual playing activity - recording. Training individual playing activity - an attack hit. Training individual playing activity - hit two-handed top-chapel. Training individual playing activity - movement around the court. Training individual playing activity - drop technique. Practicing basic game offensive combinations. Practicing basic playing defensive combinations.

Learning outcomes
Students will learn the basic rules of beach volleyball, learn the basic game activities and basic game combinations.
Students will develop their motor skills, understand basic principles of game combinations, which subsequently used during the games. They learn the basic rules.
Prerequisites
It's necessary that student will be in good health condition.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance assessment

75% active participation in lessons. Teacher tells the other requirements in the first week of semester.
