Course content
Movement as a means of health and personality development. Sport as a means of physical and mental resistance under stress. Regeneration of physical and mental strength. Suburban camp - plan, characteristics, preparation, organization and implementation. Icebreakers and contact games. Indoor games and activities. Outdoor games and activities. Games focused on teamwork. Movement games, psychomotor games. Games with simple rules based on the joy of movement, games that develop basic movement abilities and skills. Student presentation, feedback.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with games and activities that can be used in practice, with leisure, self-experience and self-discovery activities through their own experience. The subject includes games in nature, in the gym, forms of work in free time (group, individuals). The student will gain experience and ideas for his own work.
A student who has successfully completed the course can: basic icebreaker games; basic rules of games focused on education and cooperation; basic rules of contact games, has a stock of psychomotor games and games based on the joy of movement; use partial specific forms of work in free time and reflect on individual experiences as a prerequisite for quality pedagogical work. A student who has successfully completed the course will be able to: organize a suburban camp; organize exercise and sports activities for groups; to organize acquaintance stays; work with proven methods, forms of work and unusual ideas; work with own experiences. A student who has successfully completed the course is able to: handle stressful situations with a group of children and adults; master the management of games with team cooperation, as well as sports and psychomotor games; evaluate crisis and dangerous situations; prepare and implement games for any group; self-reflection.
Prerequisites
Basic motor skills, average physical fitness of the individual. Improving motor and physical abilities and skills.
