Course content
Stretching, joint mobility, compensation exercises. Exercise to eliminate muscle imbalances. Strengthening - form and technique. Exercises for coordination. Endurance - continuous and interval training methods.

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Participation in classes - 26 hours per semester
  • Preparation for a credit (assessment) - 34 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to improve conditional abilities.
The student will understand the basic methods of developing conditional abilities.
Prerequisites
It's necessary that student will be in good health condition.

75% active participation in classes Teacher tells requirements in the first week of semester.
