Course content
|
Getting to the level of play in student enrollments, a play on the walls, the choice of rockets. Distribution of advanced beginners, introduction to concepts, basic position, the position of impact. Forehand, backhand, change of possession. Playing on the wall, training exercises with the racquet and ball, lazy balls. Transition from basic training in percussion position in forehand. Transition from basic training in percussion position at a backhand. Practice forehand and backhand on the wall, classical rendering of the basket, playing on the wall, training exercises. Training administration, demonstration, training anti-tangle nets. Practice forehand, backhand play on a wall, practice on the recording machine, recording the trash. Basic training-tennis players hitting the world, watching videos. Tennis tournament.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of this subject is to enable students to do regulary this activity, which could accompanying them whole life. Due to this activity they can keep themselve in a good physical and psychical condition.
Students will know basic tennis strokes. They will learn the basic rules of the game, counting and learn the basics of sports training.

Prerequisites
|
It's necessary that student will be in good health condition. Warning, the tennis subject is not intended for complete beginners!!!

|
Student performance assessment
75% active participation in lessons. Teacher tells the other requirements in the first week of semester.
