The aim of the course is to acquaint students with new sports trends, with basic and follow-up principles of sports activities, with ways of expanding and improving physical habits so that they are led to increase aerobic performance, development of physical and psychological resistance, use of sports and physical education as a means development of personality, health, fitness and regeneration of physical and mental powers.
Students should gain the positive atitude to the gym and sport and at the same time the gym let in them positive feedback (in formation of their life values inventory).
