Key learning outcomes
|
Bachelor study field is an interdisciplinary field of primarily philological specialization. The core consists of the practical language study focused on the use of language in both the general sphere, and above all the professional one. Students will have developed their communicative competence in German and Czech language and will have acquired the necessary knowledge especially of linguistic, literary and cultural disciplines, the theoretical knowledge of the area of professional translation and the practical translation skills. This study field also provides students with the basic knowledge of economic administration and social science disciplines so that they can adequately work with texts thematically focused on this area. Students can practically verify the gained skills in a three-week practice.
