| Key learning outcomes | The aim of the study program is to educate qualified experts for scientific research in nursing. The graduate has a deep theoretical knowledge of nursing and related health care fields and is proficient in methods of scientific work. The graduate is able to direct and provide nursing care, to implement changes, and to make decisions with the aim to maintain and to improve the quality of nursing care. Furthermore, the graduate is able to conduct scientific research that focuses on evaluation of the nursing process and on measurement and evaluation of nursing problems and procedures with the aim to improve the system of delivery of nursing care that focuses on improving health of the population in the community and culture. Successful completion of the study provides the graduate with a wide system foundation for nursing research. | ||||
