Miniature, acquaintance with basic principles of this art considering book painting. Supports, painting techniques, fundamentals of creative art techniques and painting on paper and parchment.

Subject objectives consist in getting knowledge and skills in the history of writing, calligraphy, book illumination and miniature.
Students are capable of applying knowledge and skills within the history of written culture and book illumination required for a restorer profession specialized in book culture work.
