Course content
Small object made of paper, essential bookbinding work, faced cartonnage, coating, passe-partout, plane paper bookbinding, adhesive bindings, brochures.

Learning outcomes
The book workshop subject objective consists in managing fundamentals of bookbinding technological procedures, i.e. from arranging fascicles to binding decoration. Considering this course, students get versed with bookbinding in further components of studio lessons.
Students are capable of applying knowledge and skills covering the field of the handicraft and its history required for book restoration.

Work-related product analysis

Test oral form provided. Product evaluation of work of the student in the studio.
