Course content
theory of environmental management, innovation and applications in the enterprise and the region, state standardization system - Eco-efficiency, environmental accounting, environmental reporting - Modeling solutions to environmental problems

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to give students an overview of the latest knowledge in the field of environmental managemen in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Student will have knowledge in the wide connections of environmental management implementation and function in companies and in environmental management elements in the different backrounds and management levels.
Prerequisites
Advanced knowledge of macro- and microeconomics and management.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Home assignment evaluation, Student performance assessment

Attendance at seminars is compulsory. The examination is granted upon successful completion of the seminar paper in the extent of 10-15 pages conceived as a source for the thesis or paper.
