Introduction - The right job for you. Mathematics, Physics - basic terminology. Rail transport. Road transport. Aviation. Public transport. Travel agency, travel formalities. Transport infrastructure. Cargo transport, Incoterms. Intermodal transport. Company presentation.

Learning outcomes
|
Students understand the core idea of a standard utterance in the target language; they are able to engage in an interaction without preparation and to justify their opinion. Students cover professionally oriented situations. Target level C1.
Upon a successful completion of the course, students use the language effectively in complex, professionally oriented situations and are able to work independently with the field-oriented literature.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination
Written test - specific vocabulary. Written assignment - text analysis, glossary of related terminology. Subject completion requirements in case of a distance teaching mode: Based on the teacher´s requirements, the student participates in online lessons according to the schedule and completes the assigned tasks via the online systems Moodle / MS Teams.
