Learning outcomes |
The subject is aimed to enable the students to deepen and expand the knowledge and skills they acquired in all components of communicative language competence during their preceding studies, when they achieved the B1+ level of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). It reflects the principles of ESP course design.
The student continues to develop the language competence acquired during his/her previous studies with an emphasis on argumentation, effective social discourse and language awareness. He/she can use co-operating strategies in conversation and mark clearly the relationships between ideas when creating complex text. He/she can use these competences effectively in the field of general English as well as ESP. The target of the course is to further improve the knowledge and skills on level B2. |

Communicative competence on the CEFR B1+ level in general English.

Oral examination, Oral performance analysis
The student will complete two seminary tasks upon the teacher's requirements. |
