Basic theoretical framework of the theory of second language acquisition, terminology. First and second language acquisition. Error and error analysis: synchronic and diachronic perspective. Interlanguage. Learning theories and second language acquisition. Interlanguage studies: social, cognitive and linguistic aspects. Individual differences in second language acquisition: age, aptitude, motivation. Language learning strategies.

Výstupy z učení
|
The aim of the course is to introduce the multidisciplinary field of second language acquisition, its structure and methodology. The aim is also to enable students, who have already acquired knowledge of the language and about the language, to obtain deeper insights into the processes of second language acquisition and learning. Students´ understanding of the complexity of the processes will facilitate their (self-)reflection. The main emphasis will be placed on an individual study of the relevant literature including the analysis of research outcomes.
Studenti si budou rozvíjet dovednost pracovat s informacemi a kriticky myslet. Naučí se samostatně zorientovat v problému, a to v diachronní i synchronní perspektivě. Dále si studenti budou rozvíjet prezentační a (sebe-)reflektivní dovednosti.

Hodnoticí metody a kritéria
|
Rozhovor, Obhajoba vlastního projektu, Prezentace
1. aktivní účast na seminářích (max. 2 absence) 2. prezentace zvoleného tématu 3. odevzdání seminární práce (analýza vybrané výzkumné studie) a následná diskuse Konkrétní požadavky na prezentaci a seminární práci budou specifikovány na první hodině a následně zveřejněny v IS STAG. V akademickém roce 2021/2022 začíná výuka 7. 3. 2022. O úkolech pro samostatnou práci na úvodní týdny budou studenti informováni hromadným emailem před začátkem semestru.
