Analysis and evaluation (level and areas of professional learning, interventions into processes of professional learning). Individual action points. Professional portfolio and its presentation. Theoretical input (selection of topics based on individual students´ needs).

Learning outcomes |
Reflective Didactic Seminar is closely linked with the teaching practice. The aim of the course is to enhance the development of (self)reflective strategies and techniques by analysing and reflecting the experience on the basis of the knowledge base for teaching. The aim of these processes is to facilitate explicit building and forming students´ individual ´philosophies´ of instruction.
The seminar reflects students' needs in their professional development, helps them develop related professional skills, supports the development of students´ professional competence and thus facilitates students' growing competence. |
