Learning outcomes
The main objective of the course is to extend basic knowledge of students in the field of chromatography and electromigration analytical separation techniques. The aim is to obtain such experience, so that listeners can assess the suitability of various analytical techniques and methods and critically assess achieved results. The topics of the course are theoretical background, instrumentation and the use of various chromatographic and electromigration techniques for analyzing substances depending on the size of molecules, polarity, or ion character.
Graduate of the course is able to assess the suitability of different analytical procedures and methods and critically evaluate the results achieved, is aware of the theoretical background, instrumentation and the use of various chromatographic and electromigration techniques for analysis of substances depending on the size of molecules, polarity, or ion character.
Prerequisites
