Course content
Academic staff will list the assignment of bachelor's theses with a topic covering the issues discussed during the study or related to it. In the case of a topic taken from practice or solved outside the faculty, a consultant is appointed at the given workplace. The assignment contains the aim of the work, requirements or instructions for elaboration and basic literature. The announced assignment can follow up on the issues that the student solved in a semester or other project. The head of the department approves the topics and releases them for registration to students. The student registers for the selected topic no later than the end of the winter semester. At the beginning of the summer semester, the student will receive a written assignment of the bachelor's thesis. Specific dates, the method of listing topics, approving assignments and registering students will be specified in the announcement of the head of the department providing the study program. In the summer semester, the student continuously attends individual consultations and works independently according to the instructions of the supervisor or consultant. Credit is awarded to the supervisor on the basis of the submission of the final version of the thesis meeting the assignment, requirements for the formal form of the thesis and any other requirements of the supervisor.

Home assignment evaluation

The necessary study literature, preparations, laboratory equipment or other aids depend on the specific assignment and are listed in the assignment of the bachelor's thesis. The student is acquainted with the requirements for the form, content of the bachelor's thesis and its presentation during the defense in the subject Bachelor's seminar.
