Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is student's abitility to be well informed about basic engineering and physical-chemical problems in chemical technology. Students are able to characterize inorganic plants with focus on raw materials sources, technical version, application of products and influence of production on environment.
Absolvent of the subject is oriented in production process of inorganic chemicals, ceramics, glass and metals. Absolvent senses the chemical technology in connection with other industrial branches, economy and ecology. Absolvent can described important points in technologies.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of course: General and Inorganic Chemistry

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination

Oral examination. Discussion is the basic form of examination. Knowledge of students are checked by written test during the semester.
