Course content
|
The aim of the subject is to introduce the students with management systems that are used in chemical industry and subsequent supply chains. Attention is focus is on implementing, improving and auditing integrated ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems. The study brings understanding the connections between the context, the expectations of stakeholders and the resulting risks and measures. Students will be able to implement individual requirements of standards in the company, they will able to correctly define goals and disagreements. They will also learn how to implement change management, risk analysis by SWOT and FMEA methods or how to set up and implement a metrology system in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Attention will also be paid to standards describing quality management in possible supply chains, especially in the automotive, food and cosmetic industries.
