Course content
|
1. week The operation of device in laboratories of biochemistry and clinical biochemistry Following laboratory practices (6 hours) The practice 1: The operation of automatic biochemical analyzators, coupling with laboratory information system. The practice 2: Imunochemical determination of selected tumormarkers. The practice 3: The determination of 9-tetrahydrocanabinol in human plasma using GC with mass detection. The practice 4: The determination of uric acid in human plasma using HPLC method , the comparison with enzymatic method. The practice 5: Electroforetic determination of metalloproteinases- 9 in human plasma. The practice 6: The determination of total glutathione and glutathiondisulfide in dry drop of blood using HPLC with fluorescence detection.
