|
The course is based on theoretical and practical skills acquired during the bachelor's study (Immunoanalytical examination methods 2nd year, Examination methods in immunology 3rd year). The main volume of the subject will be devoted to an overview of methods used in clinical practice. Methods will be discussed in thematic blocks and comprehensively, from their principle, working procedures and necessary equipment to the evaluation of results and quality control. Commonly used software tools and databases will be demonstrated to teach methods´ design and interpretation of results. Students will be acquainted with basic principles of work in clinical laboratory of medical immunology and controlled documentation.
