Course content
Familiarization of student with basic laboratory equipment, rules of safety work in laboratories, rules of handling and sampling of biological materials. Getting of expert knowledge about principles and performance of analytic methods and tests used in selected specialization. Obtaining of laboratory skills.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Methods of individual activities, Demonstration, Skills training
Learning outcomes
The aim is getting of expert knowledge about principles and peformance of analytical methods and tests, laboratory skills by student.
Student gets basic knowledge about selected analytical methods and tests, rules of handling and sampling of biological materials, obtains laboratory skills.

Oral examination, Home assignment evaluation, Student performance assessment

Management of basic analytical methods in selected laboratory. Oral examination.
