Quantification of gene expression Detection of genetic material Genotyping DNA recombination, manipulation with recombinant DNA Heterogeneous DNA Plasmid vectors, reporter genes Protein expression Recombinant protein Kinds of genes and genomes, genomes library Cell cultures GMO, vaccine, vaccination, methods in clinical diagnostics, EIA/ELISA

Learning outcomes
The main aim of this subject is to create basic conception about methods using in molecular biology and especially about their applications in others fields.
Students get basic orientation in methods using in molecular biology, about methods using in others fields and they should be competent to choose the right one.
