1st week Physical-chemical properties and functions of NK. 2nd week Isolation, determination of concentration, purity and integrity of NK. 3rd week Replication, transcription, translation. 4th week Properties and use of cDNA. 5th week Polymerase chain reaction (PCR). 6th week Real-time PCR, practical use. 7th week Restriction enzymes, RFLP. 8th week Hybridization of nucleic acids, blotting. 9th week DNA sequencing. 10th week DNA cloning. Genetically modified organisms. 11th week Introduction to genomics, personalized therapy, targeted treatment. 12th week Quality control, controlled documentation. 13th week DNA database.
