Course content
Chromogenic media. Immunochemical methods (ELISA, LFIA). Molecular biological methods (qualitative PCR, quantification using rel-time PCR). Genotyping methods (Gel electrophoresis in a pulsed field, Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism, REP-PCR, ERIC-PCR). Sequencing methods (Multi Locus Sequence Typing, Whole Genome Sequencing). Identification of microorganisms using MALDI-TOF-MS analysis.
