The core of the subject, however, lies in the analysis of students' own work. The subject, inter alia, incorporates the choice of the word meanings, stylistic layers of the language, text organization, stylistic techniques such as narrative, description, exemplification, definition, professional style, the issue of creating their own study portfolio, quotations, paraphrases, summaries, writing abstracts, bibliographies, avoidance of errors in their own texts, etc.
Students will gain practical skills for application of their knowledge from the area of wording and with work with primary and secondary sources in written form, academic writing, above all.
