Learning outcomes
The lectures are intended mainly for foreign Erasmus students. The aim of this course is to familiarize students with the history, culture, traditions and life in the Czech Republic.
Students will become familiar with Czech history, customs and traditions. They will also get acquainted with Czech culture, art, music and everyday life in the Czech Republic, both in the past and present.
Prerequisites
Interest in the history and culture of the host country.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance assessment, Discussion

80% attendance, an essay and active participation in a short discussion that will succeed to nearly every lecture.
