Course content
Demarcation of topics, proposition, secondary literature, working on propositions, proof- reading. Planning and structure of topics. Introduction of planned topic and its division. Background research and literature study. Reading and exerption. Summary and paraphrasing. Quotation and documents. Parts of project work. Building up of the text and formal side. Language and style.

Learning outcomes
Based on graduation in PRAN, students choose the topic of their project work. They will be acquainted with basic formal language and contents principles when project work created, including the defence.
Students elaborate individual academic workout of a set topic and support their claims with experience from practice (subject PRAN). They will be able to orientate in academic literature and inductive / deductive process, they will learn how to set arguments, confirm or contradict hypothesis.

Assessment methods and criteria
Home assignment evaluation

Handing in projects in written and electronic form till 15.12. Label the file with Surname PRON - eg. Novák PRON. Continuous attendance at individual consultings. Working out project work in German language. Correctness in language and contents in project work. Defence of project work. Criteria set for passing subject PRON and terms placed in syllabus are also valid for students who in that particular term study abroad. In those cases individual consulting over the interned is available.
