Learning outcomes
|
The goal of the course is to introduce students to the basic principles of leadership and inform them what personal qualities and abilities are essential for a good leader. The course is also focused on the ways of giving feedback, techniques of delegation and time management.
Taking the course, the students have an opportunity to gain habits which can help them be leaders of their own life as well as leaders for others.
