Rules for bachelor thesis writing. Formal layout of the bachelor thesis. Quotations of professional literature. Preparation for the defence of the bachelor thesis.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim is to provide students with basic information concerning writting and formal layout of the bachelor thesis and its defence. Another aim is to make students acquainted with the organization of state final examinations.
Getting through the subject the student knows basic rules that are necessary to be kept with bachelor thesis writing, both as for contents and form, he/she is able to structure the work and make quotations of professional literature. The student is also able to prepare defence of the bachelor thesis.

Prerequisites
|
Mastering of Czech grammar and stylistics at secondary school level as well as knowledge of basic principles of informatics are assumed.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Home assignment evaluation
In the course of the term the student must prove that he/she is well informed about the problems of bachelor thesis writing. The student must also prove the ability to elaborate a certain task with prescribed formal requirements independently by handing the bachelor thesis over at responsive level. Requirements for the credit acquirement are determined by the teacher.
