Integration and globalisation European integration process Institutions of the European Union Agencies of the European Union (focused on transport) European Union politics (focused on transport policy) Monetary policy of the European Union and European Stability Mechanism European Legislation European Union legal acts (focused on transport) Transport Integration in the European Union The network character transport in the European Union

Learning outcomes
To introduce globally European union, its history, institutions and policy and possible future. To describe problems and challenges connected with future expansion.
After passing this subject the student has complex overview of the EU development and he knows the problems and challenges connected with its expansion in the future.
Prerequisites
It's expected basic knowledge of law and transport policy.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation

The student must prove sufficient knowledge of the topic EU during the term and within the final exam. The tutor will notify the concrete requirements to the students within the first week of the term.
