Course content
The conception and the resource of Management, the concept definition of Management and the development of theory of Management. Manager's duties their fundamental and classification. Planning; progress at formation of plans; segmentation of plans. Business strategy. Organization; the forms of organizational structures. Human Resources Management; meaning and function. Leadership of people; Motivation and development of motivational concepts. Supervision; the stadium of the supervisory process. Determination; the fundamental and the interpretation. Profile of manager; the requirements to manger. Communication; the internal and external communication of company.

Learning outcomes
To make students acquainted with the management, its development in the world and particular function.
The student is able to orient in the primary manager conceptions after the passing this subject. He knows the philosophy of management and the basic manager duties.
Prerequisites
It's supposed the finalization subjects Macroeconomics and Microeconomics and a basic knowledge of Sociology.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation

The student has to prove an understanding with solving problems and an ability to solve established case studies during the term and the final exam. The tutor will notify the concrete requirements to the students within the first week of the term.
