Course content
Basic concepts from decision making theory Proces of decision making Analysis of decision making Goals and evaluation critteria settings Creation of alternatives for decision making solving Choosing from alternative in certainity Choosing from alternative in risk and uncertainity Group decision making Models of negotiating Summary of the topics

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Skills training, Stimulating activities (simulation, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is acquainting students with managerial decision-making principals and teach then solve the decisional problem.
The student is able to use methods and tools for individual steps od decison-making proces, both individual and group.
Prerequisites
It is assumed to groovy mastered of mathematics.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Student performance assessment, Work-related product analysis

The student must prove during the term and also by the final exam, that he/she understands solved problems and the ability to solve decision making problems within the taught matter. The tutor will notify the concrete requirements to the students within the first week of the term.
