Course content
Human resources management and its charge on the corporation. Influences of outdoor environment of organization to human resources management. Personnel planning and strategy. Recruitment and selection of employees. Development of workers and management of career. Evaluation of workers and of job performance. Remuneration. Motivation. Corporate culture. Employee relations and their legal regulation. Working conditions and safety and protection of health at work. Personnel counselling. Closure of employment. Personnel information system.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Methods of individual activities
Learning outcomes
To inform students with possibilities utilization of human resources management for good function of companies, teach them some skills and methods which are used in the personnel management.
The student knows basic personnel activities of the corporation after graduation of subject. He knows development of basic conceptions of the human resources management and his function on the corporation.
Prerequisites
It supposed graduation of the subject Management I and basic knowledge from sphere of sociology.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation

In the course of the term and at the final examination the student must prove understanding to solved problems and ability to solve scheduled case studies separately or in team of the students. The tutor will notify the concrete requirements to the students within the first week of the term.
