Course content
The conception and the resource of Management, the concept definition of Management and the development of theory of Management. Manager's duties their fundamental and classification. Planning; progress at formation of plans; segmentation of plans. Business strategy. Organization; the forms of organizational structures. Human Resources Management; meaning and function. Leadership of people; Motivation and development of motivational concepts. Supervision; the stadium of the supervisory process. Determination; the fundamental and the interpretation. Profile of manager; the requirements to manger. Communication; the internal and external communication of company. Corporate culture. Modern developmental trend of management. Conclusion and recapitulation.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Methods of individual activities, Monitoring, Demonstration
Learning outcomes
To make students acquainted with the grounding of Management, its development in the world and particular function.
The student can work as a manager in different organization after the passing this subject.
Prerequisites
The student has to know grounding of the economy and the theory of branch (e.g. transportation), where he wants to work.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation, Student performance assessment

The student has to work up paper on the select topic from the theory of management, eventually to apply that to particular organization.
