|
Principle and sense of couching. Delimitation concept couch and couching, barriers. Model GROW, ADAPT. Questions, classification, self classification, feedback. Couch instruments - harking, visualisation, focus on solution. Couch instruments - reflectivity of communication, psycho-logical world. Delimitation concept group and team. Team rules. Forming of group, group dynamic. Risk behaviour in group. Solution of conflicts. Pillars and aims of outdoor courses. Forms and phases of programmes using on courses.

Learning outcomes
|
The goal of this subject is to help students undestand bacis principals of coaching and tools that can be used during coaching process. The other part is focuse on cooperation in team, solving conflict situation and synergize.
After graduation this subject the student understands couching and knows, how this different access use by leadership of people, knows models of couching and instruments and is able to couch self and other. The student understands, how function team, what use are outdoor courses of development team cooperation and knows, when are these using.

It supposes basic knowledge of personal management and relation between people.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination, Home assignment evaluation, Systematic monitoring
The student must in course of semester and by final exam demonstrate understanding of solution problems and ability self couching and conduce team. The tutor will notify the concrete requirements to the students within the first week of the term.
