Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Skills training, Stimulating activities (simulation, games, drama)
  • Data/material collection - 2 hours per semester

Learning outcomes
The goal of the course is to introduce students to the basic principles of leadership and inform them what personal qualities and abilities are essential for a good leader. The course is also focused ontrust in teams, work with people and time management.
Taking the course, the students have an opportunity to gain habits which can help them be leaders of their own life as well as leaders for others.
