Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic procedures used in financial and insurance operations. To teach them to apply these procedures to specific examples from financial practice based on exact mathematical relations.
Knowledge of basic mathematical operations is assumed. The student will be acquainted with the issues of financial and insurance operations and with basic mathematical calculations related to the issues.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination

During the semester and in the final evaluation, the student must demonstrate an understanding of the problems taught and solved. Specific requirements will be communicated to students by the teacher at the beginning of the semester and the requirements will be published in the study materials in the STAG system.
