Learning outcomes
|
The course objective is to make students acquainted with project management in all phases of project life cycle, modern tools of project management and activities and procedures of project planning and project realization, and with agile approach.
The student has survey about methods of project management, he is able to create project plan and is able to use agile principles.

Prerequisites
|
It is assumed routine encompassment of basic principles and tools of project management.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation
The student must during the semester also at the final examination to approve understanding solve problems and ability to realize the project. The tutor will notify the concrete requirements to the students within the first week of the term.
