Course content
Environmental legislature in the CR and in the EU, general provisions. Administration procedure. Legislative in the water protection. Legislative duties in transport's firm. Use of surface water for navigation. Emergency. Emergency plan. Legislative in the air protection. Law of air protection. Pollution source classification. Legislative for mobile pollution source. Road transport law. Railway transport law. Noise and vibration, public health protection. Noise mapping. Waste legislative, catalogue of wastes, details of waste treatment. Treatment with selected products and equipments (waste oil, accumulator, vehicle-wreck). Treatment with chemical substances. Prevent of important emergency. Conservation of nature and countryside. Integrated pollution prevention and control. Transport of the dangerous goods by railway and road. Execute regulations. Environmental impact assessment in the project documentation. Civil engineering law and its environmental aspects. Location and construction procedure. Legislative audit of transport firm - its structure.

Learning outcomes
Give the abstract of environmental legislature in the Czech Republic and European Union and its implementation to the transport section.
Studying the course student will obtain complex overview about environmental legislature in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. He manages to identify legislative requirements and apply them in a firm.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of chemistry and ICT in the range of secondary studies.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination

Exam from this course (form, conclusion, duration) is in conformity with Studying and examining rules of University Pardubice. During final exam student has to prove his understanding of topics mentioned above and to prove ability to solve assigned tasks individually. Particular requests will be past to students in the first part of education by tutor.
