Learning outcomes |
The goal of the course is to introduce quality management to the students. Concretely the areas of: Quality - basic definition, 7 basic and 7 advanced Tools of Quality Management, Process Management, Statistical Inspection by Comparison.
The graduate of the course will gain a basic overview of quality management nowadays. |

Oral examination, Written examination, Self project defence
Conditions of granting an inclusion before the exam are defined by the teacher. The final exam of the subject (form, contents, duration) are stated in agreement with Study And Exam Regulations of UPa. |
