Course content
The course consists of group or individual consultations. Each student chooses his/her assignment topic from a list provided by the teachers, or based on his/her own proposal. Each student gets his/her supervisor depending on the topic. At the end of the term, the students present the results of their work. Resources are specified by each supervisor depending on the assignment topic. The bibliography supplied in the course details consists only general items related to presentation and text formatting.

Learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to prepare students for solving a technical assignment/project related to the specializations of their study.
The course prepares the students for solving technical assignments/projects and presenting the results of their work.
Prerequisites
It is assumed that the students have technical knowledge related to the topic of their assignment. The knowledge needed comes from technical courses taught in the study programe, and it is assumed that the students are capable of extending this knowledge by individual study.

Assessment methods and criteria
Home assignment evaluation, Self project defence

To get the credit, students are required to submit their projects in written form and give a presentation. Requirements on extent and format are specified by the teacher at the beginning of the course.
