Learning outcomes
|
Give information about the basics of environmental protection and creation, especially with the negative effects of transport on the environment and with the technical possibilities of their reduction.
Studying the course student has overview about transport effects on environmental parts and about environmental properties of operating materials and concrete technical solution of selected problems. He is familiar with electronic information sources. He will learn about properties of fuel, petroleum lubricants, recoil-liquids and coolant and will know used testing methods and has practical experiences at laboratory work with them.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination, Written examination
The condition for participation in the exam is for students of the full-time form of study to obtain a credit. The credit confirms that the student actively participated in all practical exercises and submitted suitable protocols, which were conditional on the granting of credit, and student can proceed to passing the exam. The specific requirements will be defined by a lecturer in the first week of the semester. The subject exam for both full-time and part-time form of study is determined in accordance with the UPa Study and Examination Regulations. Successful completion of the written part of the exam is a prerequisite for participation in the oral exam. During the oral exam, the student must demonstrate that he understands the topics covered and problems solved.
