Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Skills training, Graphic and art activities
  • Participation in classes - 52 hours per semester
  • Writing a seminar paper - 20 hours per semester
  • Home preparation for classes - 48 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to teach students the basic skills of creating 3D solids in the selected CAD system and subsequent creation of 2D drawing documentation from created spatial models.
After completion of the course students can create a 3D model of machine parts in the program.
Prerequisites
It is routine knowledge of the principles of technical and 2D drawing in program AutoCAD.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination, Home assignment evaluation

The course credit confirms that the student has fulfilled all conditional requirements of the course (submission of the term work). Specific requirements of the course will be announced at the first week of the term. The course credit for full-time and part-time study is determined in accordance with the Study and Examination Regulations of UPa.
