Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Demonstration, Laboratory work
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with problems of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) - with priciples and ways of technical solutions which are resistant to intertenal an external interference sources at automation engineering, computing devices, power energy devices, trafic means and so on. The course covers biological system as well.
After passing out this subject the student earns knowledge of Electromagnetic compatibility. Student is able to use these skills in practice.
Prerequisites
It is assumed that the student has the good basic knowledge about electrical engineering, electronics, communication technics and other branches (power devices, interlocking plants and systems). The student´s knowledge are deepened in field of EMC.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Student performance assessment

The student has during the summer half and at the final exam to prove understanding solved problems. The teacher imparts specific requests in the first semester's week.
