The aim of course is the extension of knows from the bachelor studies courses on electrical drives, power electronics and electrical machines oriented. The methods and instruments for electrical drives feedback control are presented.
Student will have view about control structures and feedback control in DC and AC drives. Student has experience with sensors and control systems in electrical drives.
Prerequisites
Knows from electrical circuit, digital technique, basic of electrical drives, theory of controlling, power electronics and electrical machines are assumed.
Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination
Student must have view about control structures and feedback control in DC and AC drives. He must know principles and properties of actuating elements and sensors. Student must know the electrical drive simply control algorithms implementing in microcontrollers.
