Course content

Electromagnetic compatibility is studied from viewpoint of power, communication, signaling and information. Effects of power equipment in the RF areas. Characteristics of power lines and equipment at RF spectra. Laws and standards corresponding to EMC, EMS and EMI problems.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim is to familiarize doctoral students with the general issues of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of electrical equipment of power, communication, security and information focus. Operation of power equipment in the high-frequency range. Characteristics of electrical lines and equipment in the high-frequency range. Legislation related to EMC, EMS and EMI issues.
