Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to summarize knowledge about electricity and magnetism from high school physics, to deepen them, to point out their application in modern electrical engineering and to provide basic information about work safety on electrical equipment.
Students will gain in-depth knowledge of electricity and magnetism and the application of this knowledge in modern electrical engineering. They will also have basic information on work safety on electrical equipment.
Prerequisites
prerequisites for enrolling in the course: Mathematics I (1 / ZS); prerequisites for enrolling in the course: Geometry and Technical Documentation (1 / ZS)

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation, Student performance assessment, Didactic test, Discussion

The condition for participation in the exam is that students receive full-time study. The credit confirms that the student participated in the required degree and that he met the requirements that are conditional on the credit. The conditions for granting the credit are determined by the teacher in the first week of the lecture period. The course credit (written test) for full-time and part-time form of study is determined in accordance with the UP Study and Examination Regulations. / The subject exam for full-time and part-time study is determined in accordance with the UP Study and Examination Regulations.
