Course content |
Introduction into psychology, a personality psychology. Performance, motivation and profile characteristics of a personality. Social perception. Verbal and nonverbal communication. Social group. Assertion. Conflicts theory, mediation. Preparation of a speech and public presentation principles. Intellectual hygiene and stress.

Learning outcomes |
The students get fundamentals information from psychology and social communication area. In the centre of attention of this subject is personality and social psychology. The students test social and communication skills in practice.
After finishing their studies of this subject the students are able to orientate themselves in the personality psychology area, in the area of a personality growing and its attitude to the others round. They know the basic managing skills and can use them during further studies, presentation of their personalities or their work and they can achieve a better quality of their lives. The knowledge learned during this subject can significantly help to the students to become a part of working teams or to execute the manager position. |
