Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to give to students a complex knowledge and skills in business management in contemporary market conditions.
The graduates are able to define a mission and vision of enterprises and SBUs, to evaluate market environment and position of enterprise in it, to set plans for different business functions, to manage their implementation and to control enterprises´ performance with using processing management of enterprises.
